डायरेक्टर सुभाष कपूर पर मॉलेस्टेशन का इल्ज़ाम
मुंबई : कभी कास्टिंग काउच के लिए बदनाम रहा बॉलीवुड एक बार फिर ऐसे ही आरोपों में घिरा है। इस बार निशाने पर हैं डारेक्टर सुभाष कपूर (जॉली एलएलबी), जिन पर स्मॉल टाइम एक्टर गीतिका त्यागी ने बेहद संगीन आरोप लगाए गए हैं।
ये आरोप है मॉलेस्टेशन का। गीतिका का ये इल्ज़ाम उस वक़्त सामने आया, जब उन्होंने एक माइक्रो ब्लॉगिंग साइट पर एक लिंक शेयर किया। ये लिंक एक वीडियो का है।
ये वीडि़यो यू-ट्यूब पर 17 फरवरी को ‘सुभाष कपूर का असली चेहरा’ (Subhash Kapoor’s Trure Face) के नाम से अपलोड किया गया है। वीडियो अपलोड करने वाले का नाम वुमेंस वॉयस दिया गया है। वीडियो के साथ एक मैसेज भी लिखा गया है, जो नीचे दिया गया है:

My intentions for uploading this video are:
a) to caution those girls who will come in contact with this man, Subhash Kapoor, socially or professionally and will make the mistake of looking up to him as father-figure or as an elder brother and trust him and
b) for all girls who, if god forbid become victims of sexual assault, not to give in to pleading of their attacker’s wife, sister, mother, daughter or any woman who claims to be suffering and asks for your forgiveness for attacker. Dimple Kharbanda shamelessly attended film award functions within a week of this meeting that she did not know I was recording.
It is not easy to upload this. Like that sexual assault this too is invasion of my privacy that I am compelled to compromise by my own conscious to expose what Subash Kapoor did to me. A woman suffers in both the scenarios, when she stays quiet and when she speaks up.
I hope this fate does not befall on any woman anywhere.
क़रीब आधे घंटे के वीडियो में डायरेक्टर सुभाष कपूर की पत्नी की मौजूदगी में गीतिका और उनके दोस्त डायरेक्टर अतुल सभरवाल (औरंगज़ेब) बातचीत कर रहे हैं। वीडियो में सुभाष की पत्नी काफी इमोशनल दिख रही हैं। इसी बात-चीत के दौरान गीतिका सुभाष को थप्पड़ भी मारती हैं।
इस वीडियो की सच्चाई क्या है? कहां शूट किया गया है? वीडियो अचानक क्यों अपलोड किया गया? गीतिका को अगर मॉलेस्ट किया गया, तो उन्होंने पुलिस में शिकायत क्यों दर्ज़ नहीं करवाई? ऐसे कई सवाल हैं, जिनका जवाब सिर्फ़ गीतिका ही दे सकती हैं।
इस मामले में हमारा पक्ष ये है, कि ऐसे किसी भी वीडियो को, जो किसी शख़्स के मान-सम्मान को स्थायी रूप से नुक़सान पहुंचाता हो, उसे पूरी ज़िम्मेदारी के साथ पब्लिक करना चाहिए। बहरहाल, वीडियो आप देखिए, और ख़ुद फ़ैसला कीजिए…
